Your donation helped us respond to 113,975 crisis calls, emails, chat, text and counselling sessions in 2016.
We offer free crisis and support services to our clients through our 24-hour crisis, ConnecTeen and 211 lines, and in-person professional counselling services. This would not be possible without our trained volunteers who work hard to ensure that Distress Centre remains open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
